PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:

  • Respond to and follow-up all enquiries or complaints received from consumers by e-mail primarily, and provide support on phone requests.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure maximum service to the customer/consumer
  • Communicate to marketing all remarks and suggestions that are being received from customers and consumers regarding product quality or development
  • Support Customer Service team on the following tasks :

 

  • Manage the entire order flow / invoicing process, including liaising with the logistics services provider
  • Complete follow-up of day-to-day order and invoicing process; including follow-up of customer complaints
  • Confirm orders to customers
  • Liaise with logistics department regarding product availability
  • Manage backorders
  • Make sure the orders are forwarded to the logistical partner
  • Follow-up delivery
  • Investigation and handling of claims
  • Make credit notes in case of customer complaints

 

  • Support Finance and Administration Department on specific tasks : open mail, post statements, communicate copies of invoices….

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in English, experienced in customer- and consumer relationship, service oriented

SAP and Excel knowledge
